Sign-On Bonus: $10,000

Responsibilities

• Administers therapeutic respiratory care procedures according to hospital and department policies. (55%)
• Completes documentation required to measure, monitor, and ensure department effectiveness, including charting, billing, IPOC, patient/family education. (20%)
• Performs diagnostic respiratory procedures according to hospital and department policies. (20%)
• Provides instruction to patients and healthcare team members as needed. (5%)
• Performs other duties as assigned or required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing
• Graduate of an approved respiratory therapy program.
• Pennsylvania state licensure as a Respiratory Therapist or TPP.
• Certified Respiratory Therapist (CRT).
• BLS upon hire.

Preferred Qualifications

• Registered with the National Board of Respiratory Care (RRT) or RPSGT.
• 1 year hospital experience.

This role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus.
