Job summary

Candidates must graduate from a radiography program, obtain a BLS certification within 90 days, and preferably have recent experience in a hospital setting. This position involves shifts, on-call, and holiday work.

Qualifications

• Graduate of School of Radiography or military program where registry status can be obtained.
• Must obtain BLS within 90 days of DOH transfer.
• Recent hospital experience preferred as a radiologic technologist.

POSITION SUMMARY

Performs diagnostic Imaging by ACR, facility, and radiologist standards. Demonstrates radiation protection safety for patient, staff and self. Provides superior customer service in accordance with facility core values. Completes ancillary tasks to ensure efficient and consistent departmental operations. Must be able to perform on-call, varies shifts, holidays, and weekends when required.
