Wayne Memorial Hospital in the community is seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist to join the imaging team on a per diem basis. The role focuses on performing radiographic procedures with professional standards.

You will monitor patient wellbeing during exams, guide patients through the process, and respond to physician needs, contributing to safe and compassionate diagnostic care.

Qualifications

• Registered Radiologic Technologist will operate radiologic equipment and perform radiographic procedures in accordance with established professional and departmental standards and procedures.
• Monitor patient's wellbeing during exams; recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action.
• Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Requires a graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology.
