Minimum ARRT certification and graduation from an approved radiologic technology program are required; CT cross-training is a plus. This is full-time with multiple shifts and a sign-on bonus of $25,000.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate radiologic equipment and perform radiographic procedures per standards.

We are seeking a Registered Radiologic Technologist to join our imaging team at Wayne Memorial Hospital. Our center provides a wide variety of diagnostic imaging services to patients in a friendly and comfortable environment.

Position Details

Full-Time / Various Shifts. Sign on Bonus of $25,000. Incredible Health Insurance Program, Tuition Reimbursement, Vision & Dental, 403(B).

Responsibilities

• Registered Radiologic Technologist will operate radiologic equipment and perform radiographic procedures in accordance with established professional and departmental standards and procedures.
• Monitor patient's wellbeing during exams; recognizes patient discomfort or medical problems and takes appropriate action.
• Guide patients through this sometimes-difficult process by kindly talking them through the steps and answering their questions and concerns regarding exam procedures and process.
• Respond to physician questions and needs regarding patients.
• Required to be cross trained in CT

Job Requirements

• Requires a graduate of an approved school of radiologic technology;
• Certified as an ARRT.
