Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required or equivalent.
• Registration with SC Board of Pharmacy before start date is required.
• Good standing with SC Board of Pharmacy is required.
• CPR certification and ACPE immunization certification preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist pharmacist with drug distribution and pharmacy operations.
• Enter and process patient information accurately in EHR and POS systems.
• Assist with inventory management and cycle counts.
• Process insurance billing and claim rejections.
• Ensure safety and compliance with laws and company policies.
• Support in data entry, stocking, dispensing and reporting of prescriptions.
• Maintain records and reports related to pharmacy functions.
• Report all illegal activity and maintain professional image.

Education

High school diploma or GED equivalent

Registered Pharmacy Technician with the South Carolina Board

CPR certification and ACPE immunization certification preferred
