Beaufort Jasper Hampton Comprehensive Health Service (BJHCHS) seeks a Pharmacy Manager to ensure adherence to pharmacy procedures, coordinate staff, and provide clinical drug information. The role emphasizes patient counseling, compliance with regulations, and leadership within the Pharmacy Department.

The Pharmacy Manager will supervise staff, mentor new hires, manage inventory, and ensure accurate dispensing while supporting educational activities and 340B program compliance.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current South Carolina Pharmacist license
• Good standing with SC State Board of Pharmacy
• Diploma (BS or Pharm.D) from an accredited College of Pharmacy
• Certified through APhA immunization program and CPR training required
• Computer skills with Pharmacy Management Software, POS, Microsoft Office, and EHRs

Responsibilities

• Owns PIC responsibilities and complies with state regulations
• Supervises pharmacy staff and coordinates work assignments
• Reviews staff performance and provides coaching
• Mentors and trains staff and students (IPPE and APPE)
• Uses the EHR for pharmacy operations and regulatory compliance
• Ensures dispensing accuracy, labeling, storage, and patient counseling
• Maintains records and auditable controls for drugs
• Manages 340B program compliance and clinical drug information
