Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with patients and families.
• Ability to document and record treatment progress clearly and accurately.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates patients referred by providers.
• Establishes goals that maximize the patient’s recovery.
• Plans a treatment program using appropriate procedures to meet goals.
• Implements the treatment program following approved procedures.
• Documents treatment procedures and patient responses on a regular basis.
• Supervises OT assistants and students as appropriate; participates in staff meetings.
