Lowe’s Guardian Angel is seeking two Part-Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to provide clinical oversight and supervisory nursing services for individuals in Host Homes/Group Homes and Private Home Care settings in Macon and Augusta, GA.

Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license required.
• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Current CPR certification required.
• Current TB screening required.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel locally.
• Strong assessment, organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Excellent bedside manner, professionalism and communication.
• Flexible scheduling including Sundays to Saturdays.

Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly RN oversight visits for individuals in Host Homes and Group Homes.
• Complete RN supervisory visits every 60–90 days for Private Home Care individuals.
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ensure care plans are followed.
• Monitor client health status, documentation and regulatory compliance.
• Collaborate with caregivers, program staff and leadership to ensure quality of care.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Identify health concerns and recommend follow-up or interventions as needed.

Registered Nurse (RN) – Part-Time

Locations: Macon, GA

Schedule: Flexible | Sunday–Saturday

Hours: Approximately 20 hours per month (about 5 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly RN oversight visits for individuals residing in Host Homes and Group Homes
• Complete RN supervisory visits every 60–90 days for Private Home Care (PHC) individuals
• Perform comprehensive nursing assessments and ensure care plans are followed appropriately
• Monitor client health status, documentation, and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with caregivers, program staff, and leadership to ensure quality of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Identify health concerns and recommend follow-up or interventions as needed
