Job summary

YOUR VILLAGE HEALTHCARE SERVICES seeks a part-time Registered Nurse for home health in Georgia. The role is about 4 hours weekly, caring for one individual and supervising one Personal Care staff member. You will create personalized care plans, administer medications, and observe and report changes with compassion and accuracy.

You must have current RN licensure in Georgia, strong communication, and a detail-oriented approach to ensure safe, high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Currently licensed RN in Georgia.
• Previous RN experience preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and client care skills.
• Valid driver’s license.
• First aid/CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with other colleagues to assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor patients for side effects or reactions.
• Document any changes in patient conditions and report on changes.
• Maintain accurate records of patient care and discuss observations with the supervisor.
• Conduct a supervisory visit at least bi-weekly for Personal Care Staff.

Job Summary

We are seeking a Part-Time Registered Nurse to join our team. The position is approximately 4 hours weekly. In this role, you will primarily be providing home health services for 1 individual. You will also responsible for overseeing the work of 1 Personal Care staff. You are a Registered Nurse (RN) who operates with great attention to detail and a big heart. You take pride in creating personalized care plans for patients and are able to observe and communicate effectively in your patient's best interest. To succeed, you should have demonstrated knowledge and skill in current nursing practices as well as a strong penchant for solving problems.
