Job summary

Senior Helpers of Baltimore and Central Maryland is hiring compassionate RNs to support residents within a private, mission-driven residential community serving older adults in the Baltimore area. This is a unique opportunity to provide personalized care in a calm, welcoming environment where relationships, dignity and continuity matter.

Instead of traveling between multiple homes, RNs work at one consistent location and become familiar with the residents, their routines and the broader care

Qualifications

• Maryland RN license in good standing
• CPR certification
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
• Dependable, compassionate and able to work independently
• Experience supporting older adults preferred
• Ability to complete all required background checks and credentialing

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive, person-centered nursing care
• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition
• Administer medications and treatments as authorized
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Communicate with residents, families and members of the care team
• Support a safe, respectful and comfortable environment
• Follow established care plans, policies and clinical procedures

Senior Helpers of Baltimore and Central Maryland is hiring compassionate, dependable RNs to support residents within a private, mission-driven residential community serving older adults in the Baltimore area. This is a unique opportunity to provide personalized care in a calm, welcoming environment where relationships, dignity and continuity matter. Instead of traveling between multiple homes, RNs work at one consistent location and become familiar with the residents, their routines and the broader care team.

We are hiring full-time and part-time RNs for:

• Day-time shifts


• Evening shifts


• Overnight shifts

Responsibilities include:

• Provide attentive, person-centered nursing care


• Monitor residents and identify changes in condition


• Administer medications and treatments as authorized


• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation


• Communicate with residents, families and members of the care team


• Support a safe, respectful and comfortable environment


• Follow established care plans, policies and clinical procedures
