Job summary

Unity Health and Rehabilitation Center is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for day and night shifts to deliver compassionate, patient-centered care within rehabilitation and skilled nursing settings.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in good standing.
• Experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing preferred.
• Ability to administer medications and treatments.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, patient-centered care to residents and patients in rehabilitation and skilled nursing settings.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet patient needs and goals.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including physicians and therapists to ensure comprehensive care.
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and treatment.
• Participate in staff education and training programs to stay up-to-date with best practices.
