Job summary

Unknown Organization is seeking an experienced RN to lead psychiatric/behavioral health departments. The role includes conducting comprehensive assessments, creating individualized care plans, and coordinating care across disciplines.

The candidate will administer medications (including long-acting injectables), supervise LPNs, and ensure accurate EMR documentation while educating patients and families to support treatment goals. New graduates welcome.

Qualifications

• Current RN license; Associate's degree required; BSN preferred.
• 2+ years psychiatric/behavioral health leadership experience (charge/assistant manager acceptable).
• Proven results driving quality, patient experience, and team engagement.
• Must be 21 or older.
• New graduate RNs welcome.

Responsibilities
