Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide in-home clinical care across shifts in the San Tan Valley area. You will collaborate with patients and families to implement care plans and document care using our in-home Aveanna tablet system.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) is required.
• TB test current within last 12 months.
• Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-home registered nursing care across shifts.
• Collaborate with patients, families and the care team to develop and implement plans.
• Document care using electronic health records and Aveanna tablet in the home.
• Participate in care coordination and ongoing patient assessment.

Pay Rate: $30-40/HR Depending on case and experience

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active, unencumbered license (RN) in the state in which the clinician will practice
  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
