Job summary

Aveanna Healthcare is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) for private duty home care. You will provide hands-on nursing care in patients' homes, following individualized care plans and documenting care delivered.

You will collaborate with families and the clinical team to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Flexible scheduling options include full-time, part-time, and PRN shifts with day, night, and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Must have and maintain an active RN license in the state you will practice.
• Current CPR certification (hands-on component) required or obtainable after hire.
• TB skin test current within last 12 months.
• Six months hands-on nursing experience preferred.
• Must have reliable transportation to visit patients' homes.

Responsibilities

• Provide private duty nursing in patients' homes.
• Follow the care plan and document care provided.
• Collaborate with families and the care team to ensure outcomes.

Pay Rate: $30-40/HR Depending on case and experience

  • Compact licenses must be transferred to your state of residence within 90 days
• Current CPR certification (with hands-on component)- Aveanna can assist in obtaining this requirement after hire, if necessary.
