Company Description

Marshfield Medical Center - Dickinson Home Health and Hospice is a established joint commission certified home health agency located in iron Mountain Michigan, but serves throughout Dickinson County and neighboring Wisconsin. Registered nurses see patients in their own home and are able to provide one to one nursing care. The pay is usually competitive and Home Health nurses are reimbursed. The same as hospital. Nurses are under the MNA contract. IRS mileage is provided and we do have some company vehicles. The majority of Work is in the patient’s home but our documentation our documentation system does allow some work to be in the remote setting.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Iron Mountain, MI, with some work from home acceptable. A Registered Nurse at Marshfield Medical Center - Dickinson will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, coordinating with medical staff, administering treatments, monitoring patient health, and educating patients about their health. The role also involves assessing patient conditions, developing care plans, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan
• Strong clinical skills and experience in patient care
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
