Job summary

Spring Creek by Bonaventure in Washington is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our senior living community. This role focuses on quality health care, mentoring and training team members, and ensuring residents’ well-being.

You will conduct nursing assessments, develop personalized care plans, monitor residents’ conditions, educate staff on best practices, and maintain compliant health records in a supportive, success-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License is required.
• At least 1 year of licensed nursing experience, preferably in community-based care.
• Knowledge of basic principles necessary to provide competent nursing care.
• Ability to assess health status and respond to changes.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Ability to relate to individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Follow state guidelines for medication management and community-based care.
• Understand and follow state regulations and company policies.
• English language required.
• CPR certification (preferred).
