Bonaventure of Salem is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our senior living community. You will conduct nursing assessments, develop personalized care plans, monitor residents, and mentor staff to uphold quality health care and well-being.

What Will You Be Doing?

In this role, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

Qualifications

• Have current Registered Nurse License.
• 1-year experience as a licensed registered nurse, preferably in a community-based care setting.

• Ability to assess human response to actual or potential health problems.
• Ability to communicate care well, both written and orally.
• Ability to relate to individuals from a variety of diverse ethnic, cultural, and educational backgrounds.
• Follow the state mandated guidelines for medication management and community-based care.
• Understand and follow state regulations as well as company policies and guidelines.
• English language required.
• CPR Certification (preferred).
