The Wound Care Nursing Team Lead will be responsible for supervising and coordinating all activities related to the Wound Care Nursing Team. The Team Leader provides clinical coordination of care related to skin integrity and wound care across CVMC, WDR, and the community. They provide professional nursing care to patients from newborn to end-of-life, assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating their health needs and goals. The Team Lead offers direct care, education, and preparation for continuing care, acting as a clinical expert and resource for various units and staff. The primary work location will be at Woodridge Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation, with oversight of the wound care team at Central Vermont Hospital and Woodridge.
Requirements include a BSN and CWCN certification (or within one year of hire).
