Responsibilities include assessments, VAC dressing changes, care plan implementation, and assisting in pressure ulcer management. Florida RN licensure and BLS are required; CWOCN/CWON certifications are a plus.

Job Summary: We are seeking a Wound Care RN to join our healthcare team. Your primary function is to be responsible for providing direct and indirect patient care in inpatient and approved surgical and ambulatory care areas. You will work with a phenomenal team that cares like family and works together in a collaborative manner.
In this role you will: Demonstrate knowledge and application of the nursing process. Perform and assist with assessments, interventions, and evaluations for patients with actual or potential wound/ostomy problems. Change dressing for patients with Vacuum Assisted Closure (VAC) devices. Implement plans of patient care. Assist in management of pressure ulcers and other wound/skin problems. Assist the Wound & Ostomy CNSs in quality improvement and clinician education activities related to wound and skin care.
