Job summary

St. Luke’s Health System in Meridian is actively seeking a full-time Registered Nurse for the Wound Care Clinic. The RN will prep patients, assist the provider, and manage dressings while supporting ongoing wound care, chronic wound healing, and patient education.

Schedule is Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm, with major holidays off and a sign-on bonus. Competitive benefits and wellness offerings are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing with current state licensure.
• Experience with wound care and dressing changes preferred.
• BLS certification required or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Prep patients and assist the provider in the wound care clinic.
• Support nurse visits, dressing changes and patient education.
• Maintain clinical documentation and supply management.
• Collaborate with the care team to ensure patient-centered care.

What you Can Expect:

At St. Luke's Clinic - Wound and Hyperbaric, we apply expertise and compassion to the care and healing of all wounds, including chronic wounds and sores. The RN will assist with prepping patients, assisting provider, nurse visits / dressing changes, and in basketwork.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 0730a - 1600p

Qualifications:

• Education: Nursing Degree
• Experience: 1 years' experience
• Licenses/Certifications: Current RN licensure from the State of Practice AND Current Basic Life Support (BLS) Provider Certified through American Safety and Health Institute, American Heart Association, or American Red Cross.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a wound setting is ideal.
