Job summary

Heritage Hall Heathcare & Rehab Center is seeking a Registered Nurse to lead wound care for residents in a full-time role. You will collaborate with nurses and care teams to implement wound care plans, assess wound status, and ensure high-quality patient outcomes in a long‑term care setting.
