What You’ll Do:

As a licensed or fully certified behavioral health professional, you will play a critical role in our substance abuse enhanced services. Working in close coordination with an interdisciplinary team, you will be expected to facilitate the best possible care for our clients. Your teammates will include physicians, behavioral health specialists, registered nurses, quality assurance specialists, paraprofessionals, and the clinical leadership team.

Your role will include:

• Individual, group, and family therapy for clients with substance abuse disorders.
• Conducting comprehensive clinical assessments and developing person-centered treatment plans.
• Utilizing evidence-based practices and staying up to date on current trends in addiction treatment.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic care.
• Fostering a supportive and empowering environment for our clients.

To qualify for this role, you must be one of the following: LCAS, LCAS-A, in good standing with the NCASPPB.

SALARY BASED ON EXPERIENCE.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year

One time sign on bonus of $1,000 after completing 90 days of continuous employment.

RN-Registered Nurse

Position Summary: We are seeking a skilled, compassionate RN-Registered Nurse for our Outpatient Opioid Treatment Program located in Winston Salem, NC. The RN is responsible for assisting in all areas of patient care, including physicals and necessary tests, in compliance with State and Federal laws, and supervising the nursing staff, including medical technicians and assistants.

RN-Registered Nurse Job Duties:

• Provides for the determination, maintenance, and interpretation of standards of Nursing practice, and ancillary patient care practices to ensure licensed status is maintained and established procedures are followed.
• Develops, implements, and evaluates the program for patients to ensure current, state-of-the-art quality care.
• Determines conditions, resources, and policies essential to the delivery of patient care services.
• Supervises administrative personnel in these areas.
• Participates in interdisciplinary programs and overall planning.
• Reviews services regarding staffing, philosophy, goals, objectives, policies, and procedures.
• Monitors and evaluates quality assurance activities.
• Analyzes trends pertinent to care delivery.
• Interprets and communicates policies and procedures related to nursing and ancillary services.
• Reviews protocols, policies, and standards to ensure compliance with federal and state regulations.
• Oversees medication inventory and monitors dosing area for accuracy and efficiency.
• Maintains the 222 binder to ensure ongoing compliance.

RN-Registered Nurse Qualification Requirements:

• Must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Position requires constant mental alertness, attention to detail, and high accuracy. Must follow oral and written instructions. If recovering, three years of continuous verifiable abstinence is required.

RN-Registered Nurse Education and Experience:

• Registered Nurse (RN) registered in North Carolina with at least five years of experience. Experience in addiction field preferred but not required.

Schedule:

• Up to 20 hours per week, PRN schedule available.
• Shift: M-F 5:30am-1:30pm, Sat 5:30am-10:30am.

Job Type: PT or Full-time available
