Job summary

AmeriCare Plus in Virginia is seeking an experienced Admissions RN to lead in-home assessments and coordinate admissions across Williamsburg and surrounding areas. The role offers part-time or full-time schedules and requires an active Virginia RN license.

You will develop personalized care plans, communicate with families and physicians, and ensure a smooth transition to in-home care with compassionate clinical support.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Virginia.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience (home health or admissions experience preferred).
• Strong assessment and communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Location: In-home visits throughout the Orange area of Virginia

Pay: Competitive and based on experience
