We're seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) with a passion for helping others live safely and comfortably at home, to lead client admissions and assessments for our established in‑home personal care agency. Make a meaningful difference—one home at a time.

Position: Admissions RN

Schedule: Part‑time or full‑time available

Location: In‑home visits throughout the Northern Neck of Virginia, specifically Lancaster/Northumberland

Pay: Competitive and based on experience

What You’ll Do

• Conduct in‑home assessments and develop personalized care plans
• Coordinate admissions paperwork and ensure compliance with agency policies
• Communicate with families, caregivers, and physicians to ensure continuity of care
• Support clients with compassion and clinical expertise during the transition to in‑home care
