Job summary
GENISCi Health & Wellness seeks a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) in Leesburg, VA to provide clinical support, wellness services, patient education, and care coordination. The RN will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support preventive care and whole-health resilience while ensuring patient-centered care and safety.
The ideal candidate has 2+ years of nursing experience, an active Virginia license or compact license, and BLS certification.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia or compact state.
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
- Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience.
- Current BLS certification.
- Strong clinical assessment and patient education skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct nursing assessments and health screenings.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans with patients and providers.
- Provide patient education on health conditions, medications, and preventive care.
- Coordinate care among providers, caregivers, and resources.
- Administer nursing services within scope of practice and regulations.
- Maintain accurate clinical documentation.
