Job summary

GENISCi Health and Wellness is seeking a part-time, on-site Community Outreach & Care Coordinator in Leesburg, VA. You will build relationships with healthcare partners, coordinate referrals, manage client intake, and support marketing and community engagement efforts.

The ideal candidate has healthcare-related experience and strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills. Local outreach and meetings will be part of the role, with an emphasis on in-person collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare, home care, or community outreach preferred.
• Knowledge of Northern Virginia healthcare/community-services market preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain professional relationships with healthcare and community referral sources.
• Coordinate meetings, presentations, and outreach visits with healthcare and community organizations.
• Support marketing and community awareness initiatives for GENISCi Health and Wellness.
• Assist with client intake and onboarding processes and coordinate next steps.
