Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurses, and Certified Nursing Assistants to ensure weekend patient care
• Conduct rounds to assess patient care and provide guidance to staff
• Develop and implement effective care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction
• Provide education to staff and residents on resident rights, medication management, and disease prevention
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and reports, adhering to regulatory standards and center policies
• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing and other leaders to address staffing needs and staffing strategies
