Job summary

Valor Healthcare, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to support PACT/VA clinic operations, performing patient care, exams, and clerical duties in a primary care/ambulatory setting.

The role is contingent upon contract award, client approval, favorable background check, and the ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust/High Risk clearance. Requires Associate Degree RN and 2–3 years’ RN experience, VA credentialing, active license, BLS/ACLS, and EMR proficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years’ RN experience in primary care or ambulatory settings.
• Must be credentialed and in good standing with the VA.
• Active RN license in state of employment (or applicable US state).
• BLS certification and ACLS as required by VAMC contract.
• Strong English communication and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist practitioners with patient care, exams, and ancillary tests.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with PACT Team and care partners to develop patient plans.
• Provide patient education on prevention and self-management.
• Support enrollment and outreach activities as needed.
