Job Description

This role acts as a leader in patient care, utilizing the nursing process within the framework of the Nurse Practice Act, ANA Code for Nurses, and Standards of Practice. Responsibilities include delegating, directing, and assisting team members; ensuring quality patient outcomes; exhibiting cultural sensitivity; participating in strategic activities; and demonstrating professional accountability.

Qualifications
Education
  • Required: Registered nursing diploma
  • Preferred: Associate's degree in nursing
Work Experience
  • Required: None
  • Preferred: Supervisory or management experience
Certifications
  • Required: RN license in practice state, BLS from American Heart Association
  • Preferred: Certification in clinical specialty
