LanceSoft is hiring a Med-Surg RN in Florida to provide direct patient care to a diverse acute care population. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe outcomes.

Shifts include days and nights with rotating weekends. Full-time permanent position with competitive hourly pay and generous benefits, including sign-on bonuses and ongoing professional support.

Qualifications

• Florida RN license (or Compact) with FL within 90 days if compact
• Acute care RN experience required (LTAC not accepted)
• BLS certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire

Job Summary

Shift: Days & Nights (Rotating Weekends)

Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent

Required Qualifications

• Active Florida RN license or Compact RN license (FL required within 90 days if compact)


• Must have acute care RN experience (NO recent LTAC experience accepted)


• Nursing Diploma or Associate Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)


• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $30.00 – $42.00/hr (based on experience)


• Night Differential: $4.75/hr


• Weekend Differential: $3.00/hr


• Sign-On Bonus: Up to $25,000
