Job summary

Integrity Alliance Solutions is seeking a dedicated RN for Fort Walton Beach, FL to join a patient-centered care team. The role emphasizes clinical judgment, communication, and prioritizing multiple patient care needs in collaboration with physicians and the care team.

The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized care, administer treatments per orders, and monitor patient status to achieve quality outcomes and ensure safety. 3-12 hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• 1 year of RN experience.
• Active RN License in the State of Florida or multi-state compact license.
• Nursing Degree.
• BLS certification.

Responsibilities

• Assess patients upon admission and throughout their hospital stay, identifying changes in condition and responding appropriately.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs and prescribed treatment.
• Administer medications, treatments, and nursing interventions in accordance with provider orders and established clinical protocols.
• Monitor vital signs, laboratory results, symptoms, and responses to treatment, escalating concerns when necessary.
