The Blossoms at White Hall is seeking a registered nurse to provide comprehensive nursing care for residents in a skilled nursing setting. You will administer medications, support physicians with procedures, and educate families on care plans while maintaining meticulous patient records.

Ideal candidates hold an active Arkansas RN license, have 1 year of experience preferred, and show strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Arkansas.
• 1 year of nursing experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.

Responsabilités

• Provide nursing care to patients as assigned.
• Administer and record medications and treatments.
• Assist physicians with diagnostic procedures and treatments.
• Reinforce health care instructions to patients and families.
• Participate with team in planning and evaluating care.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges.
• Observe and report vitals and patient condition to the care team.
• Record patient responses to care on charts.
• Maintain safe and comfortable environment for patients.
• Assist with unit management or assume charge when needed.
