The Avenue at Strongsville in Strongsville, Ohio, is seeking a Registered Nurse Unit Manager (Full-Time) to lead our nursing team and oversee daily operations of the skilled nursing facility.

As a key member of the executive team, you will ensure exceptional care, implement policies, and collaborate with therapy, social services, and dietary teams to support residents.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to the nursing team, promoting a culture of collaboration, respect, and open communication
• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and protocols to ensure high-quality patient care and satisfaction
• Conduct nursing assessments, develop care plans, and oversee the implementation of care strategies to achieve optimal patient outcomes
• Collaborate with other departments, including therapy, social services, and dietary, to ensure seamless delivery of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes, reduce readmissions, and enhance the overall patient experience
• Conduct rounds, monitor patient progress, and identify areas for improvement
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and statistics as required by state and federal regulations
• Foster relationships with family members, physicians, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care
