Duties/Responsibilities
The RN is responsible for providing competent nursing care, utilizing critical thinking and the nursing process. This includes assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, care coordination, teaching, health promotion, and evaluation. The RN must adhere to standards of practice and professional performance, demonstrating clinical knowledge and skills specific to the clinical area.
