Job summary

Pyramid Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse for Trauma Operating Room in Miami, Florida. This full-time, onsite opportunity requires current Florida RN license or compact licensure, BLS and ACLS, and a minimum of two years’ trauma OR experience.

The nurse will care for designated patients using the nursing process, adhere to facility policies, and be available for on-call requirements within 30 minutes of the facility.

Qualifications

• Current Florida license as a Registered Nurse or recognized compact licensure.
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• BLS certification, ACLS certification (or must be obtained within 30 days of start date).
• Minimum 2 years of trauma operating room acute care experience.
• Must live within 30 minutes of the facility due to mandatory on-call requirements.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the nursing process, environment/instrumentation, and collaboration with other healthcare members.
• Follows policies and procedures of the facility.

Job description

Immediate need for a talented Registered Nurse Trauma Operating Room. This is a Fulltime opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Miami, FL (Onsite).

Pay Range: $39.57-$53.34/hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via therapeutic use of self, the nursing process, the environment/instrumentation, and other healthcare members. Follows policies and procedures of the facility.

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

• Current Florida license as a Registered Nurse or recognized compact licensure (subject to Florida state licensing requirements, including but not limited to ongoing eligibility and duration provisions).
• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Minimum 2 years of trauma operating room acute care experience.
• Must have trauma operating room experience in an acute care setting.
• Candidate must live within 30 minutes of the facility due to mandatory on-call requirements.
