Job summary

Progeny Human Resource Solutions is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Trauma Operating Room on the night shift in Miami, FL. The RN will manage a group of patients using the nursing process and collaborate with the health care team to ensure safe, effective care.

Minimum qualifications include Florida RN licensure, nursing degree, and ACLS/BLS with at least 2 years in a trauma OR. Current certifications must be obtained within 30 days of start date.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Current Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification or must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date.
• Min 2 years of trauma operating room acute care experience.
• MUST HAVE TRAUMA Operating room EXPERIENCE IN AN ACUTE CARE SETTING

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse assumes responsibility and accountability for a group of patients for a designated time frame and provides care to these patients via the nursing process and collaboration with health care team.
