You will provide high-quality nursing care to patients awaiting beds, bridge emergency and inpatient services, and may float to med-surg or rehab units. Requires BSN or progress toward, 2 years RN experience, BLS, ACLS, and NJ RN license.

Penn Medicine Princeton Health (PMPH) is seeking a full time Registered Nurse (RN) to work the night shift within the Transitional Care Unit (TCU). TCU and the Emergency Department (ED) are collaborating using a new split flow model.
The split flow model allows emergency services to continue delivering care to arriving patients while the newly admitted patient is handed off to the TCU RN. The TCU is embedded in and adjacent to the ED.

Salary Range: $49.96 - $68.99/Hourly
