Participants in Transition to Practice (TSP) programs will undertake a program of study days and clinical skill development over a 12-month period. The educational content will be delivered over a 6-month, with clinical skill consolidation and support over 12 months. All positions are ongoing with Alfred Health. Participants will usually transition into postgraduate study in the speciality area following the TSP program, however, some may choose to return to the wider Alfred Health context with enhanced skills and knowledge.
