Formación

• Licensed RN in Georgia required.
• Associate's Degree, ADN or Diploma required.
• Minimum 1 year RN experience or RN I performance expectations on hire.
• For new grads, focus on developing knowledge and skills with mentoring.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrates leadership on the care team and supports unit governance.
• Delivers direct, safe patient care using the nursing process.
• Collaborates with care team to improve clinical outcomes and patient experience.
• Communicates clearly with patients, families and colleagues; participates in rounds and care transitions.
• Applies evidence-based practice and pursues ongoing professional development.
