Required Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with 2 years of Telemetry experience
• RN license (Compact accepted)
• Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CERT-NIH Stroke Scale
• SSN and DOB required
• Driver’s License copy on file

Other requirements include a flu vaccine (declinations accepted with appropriate documentation). No block requests or travel pairs allowed. Experience with Meditech EMR is preferred.
