Cherry Hill Free Clinic, Inc. in Topeka, KS is hiring a full-time Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) Registered Nurse for night shift to provide safe, coordinated patient care under the guidance of the Nurse Director.

You will assess patient and family needs, develop and prioritize care goals, evaluate care plans, and delegate tasks to optimize outcomes while ensuring compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in nursing required.
• Current Kansas RN licensure.
• BLS certification within 14 days of hire.
• ACLS required for Telemetry/ICU/PCU roles.
• Oncology certification for post-surgery positions.
• All certifications must be completed within the first year.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient and family needs; develop and prioritize care goals.
• Evaluate care plans and delegate tasks to optimize outcomes.
• Ensure compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act.
• Continually revise care plans to address holistic needs (biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, educational).

Join our team as a full-time, night shift Telemetry Intermediate Care Stepdown (IMC) Registered Nurse, providing safe and coordinated patient care under the guidance of the Nurse Director/Manager.

Responsibilities include assessing patient and family needs, developing and prioritizing care goals, evaluating care plans, and delegating tasks to optimize outcomes. The RN ensures compliance with the Kansas Nurse Practice Act and continually revises care plans to address biological, emotional, psychosocial, spiritual, developmental, and educational needs.

Qualifications include an Associate's degree in nursing, current Kansas RN licensure, and BLS certification within 14 days of hire. Telemetry, ICU, and PCU roles require ACLS; post-surgery positions need oncology certification. All certifications must be completed within the first year.

Preferred qualifications are a Bachelor's degree in nursing and at least one year of relevant experience. Familiarity with Microsoft Office is a plus.
