Incredible Health in Montebello, CA is hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry to monitor cardiac rhythms and provide care for high-acuity patients. Day and night shifts, full-time or part-time positions available. The role requires ADN or higher, active RN license, BLS and ACLS, and experience in cardiac telemetry or related care.

You will document care in the EMR, collaborate with physicians, and educate patients and families on heart health while ensuring patient safety and quality outcomes.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year of cardiac telemetry or related cardiac care experience preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from American Heart Association.
• Proficiency in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring techniques.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs, identifying distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per care plan.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to adjust the care plan based on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with policies.
