Incredible Health is seeking a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Glendale, CA to monitor cardiac rhythms and vital signs, interpret data for distress, administer therapies, and collaborate with the care team.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher in nursing.
• Active RN license unencumbered.
• 1 year cardiac telemetry or related care preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.
• EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and vital signs and identify distress.
• Administer medications and interventions per care plan.
• Collaborate with providers to adjust care for cardiac status.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above in nursing
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting preferred
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and other cardiac monitoring techniques
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other critical vital signs, interpreting data to identify any signs of distress or abnormal patterns
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, with a focus on patient's cardiac status
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and any relevant home care instructions
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies

Salary: $62,000 to $110,000 /year
