Incredible Health seeks a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in Mission Viejo, CA to support a hospital-based unit. Shifts include day, night, and mid shifts with full-time, part-time, and per diem options in a high-acuity cardiac setting.

You will monitor rhythm, administer care per the medical plan, collaborate with providers, and educate patients and families on heart health while maintaining thorough documentation. PT qualifications include ADN/BSN and active RN license with BLS/ACLS.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree (ADN) or above in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting preferred.
• BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and other cardiac monitoring techniques.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsabilités

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other critical vital signs, interpreting data to identify any signs of distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to the medical plan of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care as necessary, with a focus on patient's cardiac status.
• Educate patients and their families on best practices for heart health, treatment plans, and any relevant home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient's condition, treatment, and progress in accordance with hospital and departmental policies.
