Incredible Health is actively hiring a Registered Nurse - Telemetry in the Grand Blanc, MI area to monitor cardiac rhythms and patient status on high acuity units.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (ADN) or above in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered RN license.
• 1 year experience in cardiac telemetry or other cardiac care setting preferred.
• BLS and ACLS certifications from the American Heart Association.
• Skilled in EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac monitoring.
• Proficient in electronic medical record systems.

Responsibilities

• Monitor cardiac rhythm and other vital signs; interpret data for distress or abnormal patterns.
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per the medical plan of care.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers to evaluate and modify the plan of care focusing on cardiac status.
• Educate patients and families on heart health and home care instructions.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient condition, treatment, and progress per policies.

Nurses with experience in any of the following areas are strongly encouraged to apply: COVID, Cardiac drips, Cardiac monitor, Cardioversion, Defibrillation, Device experience, EKG monitoring, High acuity patients, Post cardiac intervention, or Sheath pulls.
