Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking a Registered Nurse to provide direct patient care within an interdisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based nursing practices and coordinating care across shifts to ensure patient safety and satisfaction.

The role requires an RN license, BLS, and a commitment to ongoing education; six months of nursing experience or Nurse Residency participation is preferred, with opportunities for career growth within a leading New Jersey health system.

Qualifications

• Must have a current and valid RN license to work at the assigned HMH location by date of hire.
• BLS/CPR certification by American Heart Association is required within 60 days of hire.
• Six (6) or more months of relevant nursing experience OR active participation in Hackensack Meridian Health's Nurse Residency Program.
• Ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, strong accountability, teamwork and ongoing education.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care according to standards.
• Coordinate care with physicians and other health care team members.
• Provide patient/family education and discharge planning.
• Document care and outcomes using Point-of-Care systems.
• Maintain competencies and meet accreditation requirements.
