Integral Care is seeking a Registered Nurse Team Lead to provide direct shift support and clinical leadership within the nursing team. You will guide staff, help develop nursing processes, and ensure safe, high-quality care in a trauma-informed environment.

Job Summary:The Registered Nurse (RN) Team Lead provides direct shift support as part of the nursing team during working shifts, along with some clinical and administrative oversight for nursing staff to ensure safe, effective, and high-quality care. This position is expected to demonstrate professionalism, empathy, and positive regard for others in verbal, written, and non-verbal communications. The RN Team Lead promotes trauma informed practices, suicide safer care, and fosters a supportive and welcoming environment.

This position calls for strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with a team and with both internal and external stakeholders. The RN Team Lead is responsible for: providing clinical guidance and support to nursing staff; assisting with identifying, developing and implementing nursing processes in compliance with contractual, Joint Commission standards and other applicable guidelines, the Nursing Practice Act and nursing best practices; training nursing staff in clinical nursing processes; maintaining quality assurance and evaluation tools specific to clinical nursing practice; creating health education tools, serving as a member and representative of the division on the Infection Prevention Committee; addressing clinical and behavioral deficiencies as needed; providing staff education and training; participating in interviews for the recruitment process , reviewing monthly nursing schedules to ensure adequate staffing coverage. The RN Team Lead works under the administrative and clinical supervision of the Registered Nurse Manager (or designee). Work at this level is performed with moderate latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. A flexible schedule and participation with on-call rotation is required. The RN Lead may also be assigned other direct clinical responsibility for one or more units, to include on-call duties.

Regular, predictable attendance is considered to be an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• Graduated from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree with a major specialization in Nursing.

License:

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Licensed as an RN in the state of Texas.

Experience:

• 1-2 years experience providing direct care to persons with substance abuse, mental illness, or intellectual/developmental disabilities preferred.
• 1-2 years supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred in a related position.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workhours:11:00AM - 7:00PM.

Workdays:Monday - Friday.

Salary: $47.86 - $61.02 hourly, depending on years oflicensure, plus an additional 10% crisis stipend.

Position may be eligible for an additional shift differential pay.

• Second Shift: $3.25/hour.
• Third Shift: $7.25/hour.
