Baptist Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 2F/G Surgical/Telemetry unit. This full-time role involves direct patient care, coordination of admissions, transfers and discharge activities, and patient-family education in a fast-paced, telemetry-focused setting on a Bariatric Center of Excellence path.
The RN must hold Kentucky licensure and meet BLS requirements; ACLS/PALS/NRP may be required by the department. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is available for eligible candidates.

2F/G is a 30-bed medical surgical/ telemetry unit that specializes in telemetry patients and fast turnaround surgery including urology bariatrics, and orthopedic overflow. This unit serves our Bariatric Center of Excellence patients. Our patient population is mostly transferred from the ED and PACU.
