Massachusetts Eye and Ear Infirmary in Boston is hiring an Operating Room Nurse (RN) for full-time 36 hours/week. The role includes both Circulating and Scrub responsibilities with a rotating schedule of 7am–7:30pm and 8:30pm shifts, supporting perioperative patient care and collaborating with surgeons and anesthesia providers.
The RN will ensure safety, documentation, and adherence to sterile technique while maintaining high-quality perioperative care across cases.

The Operating Room (OR) Registered Nurse functions as both a Circulating Nurse and Scrub Nurse, providing safe, high-quality perioperative nursing care to patients undergoing surgical and procedural interventions. The RN collaborates with surgeons, anesthesia providers, surgical technologists, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes while maintaining a sterile environment and adherence to established clinical standards.
