Massachusetts Health & Hospital Association is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Surgical Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The RN will provide complex post-operative and step-down nursing care, with emphasis on ongoing cardiac and hemodynamic assessment to support safe recoveries.

The role requires collaboration with surgeons, hospitalists and multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care, educate patients and families, and ensure smooth transitions across care settings.

Formación

• Active RN licensure and ability to manage complex post-operative patients.
